Responsibilities:  Assist customers with their loan applications, obtain credit and other documents, assemble and verify loans for accuracy, and process and do disbursements.

Requirements: Person needs great people skills, strong computer skills, and good attention to detail.  Prefer one year mortgage or related experience.

Responsibilities: Process VISA applications, set up VISA accounts and order cards; coordinate with loan underwriting to establish a line of credit or deal with collections; process and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports for the bank and VISA; maintain all accounts according to VISA rules and regulations.  Work with cardholders to resolve disputes and make adjustments on accounts as needed.  Perform customer service duties and perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements: Excellent customer service skills, good computer skills, and ability to work independently and as a team.
