What version of QuickBooks® can I use with Business Online Banking? What do I enter in the Customer ID and Password fields? I currently use an ID Token to log into online banking, can I still use Direct Connect?

(e.g. userID1+userID2). Enter your online banking password and Cash Management password separated by a plus symbol (+) in the Password field (e.g. password1+password2).
For older versions of QuickBooks, select the “Bank of American Fork” option from list of options provided and enter your current online banking and Cash Management ID in the fields provided. If only two fields are provided, enter your online banking ID and Cash Management ID separated by a space in the Customer ID field. (e.g. userID1 userID2).
