Through the latest version of the Bank of American Fork mobile banking app you can enroll for Mobile ExpressDeposit by selecting the camera icon and following a few simple steps. Return to top

What is my User ID and password for mobile banking?
Is Mobile ExpressDeposit safe?
Yes, mobile banking uses the same security infrastructure as online banking and your data is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) data encryption. Access to the application on your mobile device is also password protected. In the event your mobile device is lost, please note that no account data is stored on it. Return to top
How much does it cost?
There is no fee for personal accounts. For business accounts there is a $0.50 fee per deposit on the first 60 deposits in the calendar month and a $1.00 fee per deposit on each additional deposit. Message and data rates may also apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details. Return to top
What are the eligibility requirements for Mobile ExpressDeposit?
To be eligible for Mobile ExressDeposit, you must be a Bank of American Fork online banking customer with direct ownership in a Bank of American Fork checking or savings account. Return to top
Can I access my account from more than one mobile device?

Why isn't my check being accepted?
The system may be unable to read your check due to the handwriting, check condition or photo quality. If that is the case, you will need to bring your check to a Bank of American Fork location for deposit. Return to top
When will my deposit be available?
How do I install the app on my mobile device?
Mobile banking with Mobile ExpressDeposit is currently available on Apple iOS or Android devices. Search for “Bank of American Fork” or “bank af” and then tap “FREE” to install the app. Once installed on your mobile device select the Bank of American Fork mobile banking icon to launch the application. Your login is the same as your current Bank of American Fork online banking (business or consumer) User ID and password. If you do not have online banking please contact customer service toll free at 1-800-815-BANK (2265) Monday – Friday (non-holiday), 7:15 AM – 6:15 PM (MT). Return to top
How do I make a deposit using Mobile ExpressDeposit?
- Launch the app, log in, and choose the Mobile ExpressDeposit icon from the menu options
- Enter the amount of the check
- Take a picture of the front of the check
- Take a picture of the back of the check
- Click “Submit” Return to top
What do I do with the check after it’s deposited?
We ask that you securely store the paper check for 14 days. We recommend that you store the checks in an envelope or attach a sticky note noting that the checks were deposited via mobile. Once the retention period has passed you may destroy the check(s) (e.g. shred). We also ask that you confirm that you can see the deposit in your account via online/mobile banking or on your statement prior to destroying them. Return to top
How do I know Bank of American Fork has received my deposit?
Upon submission of a mobile deposit you will receive a confirmation screen confirming your deposit has been received. You can also view recently submitted items (last 30-days) in the Mobile ExpressDeposit transaction screen. Finally, you can also confirm your deposit in your account via online/mobile banking or on your statement after your deposit request has been processed. Mobile deposits are processed Monday – Friday after 6 p.m. (MT) except for federal holidays. Items submitted after 6 p.m. are processed the following business day after 6 p.m. Return to top
How should I endorse checks that I submit through Mobile ExpressDeposit?
On the back of the check you will need to sign your name, and write the words "for mobile deposit only."
PLEASE NOTE: If the back of the check is not properly endorsed, Bank of American Fork reserves the right to reject the check for deposit. Return to top
